Mobile Application
By accessing, registering, or placing an order through the Tayba Gourmet application , the User enters into a legally binding contract with Tayba Gourmet.
These Terms govern all transactions. Use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The User acknowledges that fresh meat and grilled meals are highly perishable. The Company guarantees food safety and temperature control (Cold Chain) only until the moment of handover.
The Company is only liable for food safety and temperature until delivery. Upon receipt, the risk of spoilage or contamination passes entirely to the User. The Company is not liable for health issues or spoilage resulting from the User’s failure to refrigerate, handle, or cook products according to standard safety guidelines.
Once an order is marked as “In Preparation,” it is deemed final.
This applies strictly to custom meat cuts (specific butchery requests) and grilled meals, which are prepared specifically for the User and cannot be returned to stock.
Due to the artisanal nature of butchery, final weights may vary by ±10% from the requested amount. The User agrees to be billed based on the actual processed weight reflected in the final invoice.
Delivery times are non-binding estimates.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.
If contactless delivery is requested, the Company is not liable for theft, tampering, or environmental damage once the order is dropped at the designated point.
If a delivery fails due to User error (including but not limited to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or absence), the Company reserves the right to charge the full order amount.
Perishable items cannot be resold for food safety reasons and will be disposed of.
Any complaint regarding quality, temperature, or incorrect items must be reported within two (2) hours of receipt.
All complaints must be supported by high-resolution photographic evidence. The Company reserves the right to physically inspect the product before approving any compensation.
Approved refunds will be issued as App Credit or via the original payment method, at the Company’s absolute discretion.
The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice to reflect market shifts in livestock costs and supply chain conditions.
The Company does not store credit card information. All transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be reported to the relevant authorities under the Egyptian Cybercrime Law.
Prices include VAT and may vary from other outlets. Additional fees (such as delivery or service fees) are displayed before checkout.
Payment data is handled exclusively by secure third-party payment providers. Any fraudulent activities will be reported to the competent authorities.
Refunds are issued as App Credit.
Bank refunds must be specifically requested.
Cash refunds are not available for card or electronic payments.
All reviews must be based on direct and genuine user experience.
Hate speech, discriminatory content, or reviews submitted by competitors will be removed without notice.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or placing fake orders is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users and pursue legal action for any resulting damages.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Tayba Gourmet harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from the User’s violation of these Terms.
All content, including but not limited to the Tayba Gourmet logo, proprietary meat-cut designs, text, images, and media, is the exclusive property of the Company.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Egyptian Intellectual Property Law.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
